Most HP printers come with a one year warranty that covers defective materials and workmanship. Read the warranty statement provided with the printer for full details. This is typically not a free service agreement and it only covers defective materials (not normal wear and tear or supplies). The warranty coverage is effective from the date of purchase, therefore, it is very important to keep a proof of purchase. Some printers have a “Bench Warranty” which means you have to bring the printer to a repair location for service. In these cases we offer onsite warranty service at an additional site charge.
